We have a 15-days return policy. If you have any problem with the
product you have received, please contact us. We want you to love your
purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will
work with you to make it right.
If you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 15-days of purchase for a refund and/or exchange. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping. However, we
will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our
error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products and use of
Natural Crystals, there may be slight variations and imperfections in
some items. This is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade
item along with the contribution of mother nature.
